  • Born July 22, 1943, at 19.28, in the Netherlands, Oldenzaal, 2nd child of 10 in a catholic family; father pharmacist and social, mother nurse and musical.

  • 1962-1967: Secretary-school in Schoevers; director assistant in KRO-TV documentaries; Institute for Journalism; journalist in Utrecht at „De Stem”.
  • 1967-1970: French studies at the „Ecole de Français Moderne”, University of Lausanne.
  • 1970-1972: Interim-teacher, French.
  • 1970-1972: Assistant of summer-courses of the International Musical Youth, Weikersheim Castle, Germany.
  • October 17, 1970 (- August 1977): married to Cornelis Hoek, tapestry/artist and singer/tenor; birth of daughter, Fleur: December 22, 1974.

GESTALT THERAPY + FAMILY CONSTELLATION:

  • 1975-1979: Gestalt-training by Walter Kempler (scholar of Fritz Perls), Diana Shapley (Florence), Hogie Wyckoff (FORT: feministic groups based on “radical therapy”) and at the Humanistic Institute of Utrecht. Training: transactional analysis, co-counseling, bodywork and communicative skills.
  • 1976-1981: Intervision/supervision and co-training with Ada Wolvius, Gestalt-therapist at the Institute for Communication, Rotterdam.
  • 1983: Gestalt-week „Life, Death and Transition’” by Swiss-American psychiatrist, Elisabeth Kübler Ross, Hoeven, Holland.
  • 1987/1988: „Voice Dialogue” (Gestalt-variation): workshops in Amsterdam by the founders Hal Stone and Sidra Winkelman.

  • 1980: USA San Francisco: „Rebirthing”- university by Leonard Orr; and on Orcas Island: „Polarity”, holistic method of Dr. Randolph Stone.

FROM 1990:

  • Gnostic studies: theosophy (Alice Bailey/DK, the Tibetian Master, Templars (member of OSTI and CIRCES: 1992-1994, with grand master Raymond Bernard), Lectorium Rosicrucianum in France and The Netherlands. My inspirator: Albertine van Battenberg.

MY THERAPEUTIC WORK:

  • 1973-1974: teaching communicative, socio-cultural skills to young (handicapped) people in training centre, Gorinchem.
  • 1975-1980: leading female “discussion” groups.
  • 1976-1980: leading 11 therapeutic FORT-groups (in Breda, Bergen op Zoom, Utrecht, Nijmegen, Twente and in some training-centers in Holland).
  • from 1976 on: active relational/holistic psychotherapist, first in co-trainership with Gestalt-therapist Ada Wolvius (see above).
  • Organization of therapeutic-ecologic “holidays” in France:  >1980-1982: in „Ada Wolvius” House, Mouillac;  > 1984 and 1986: in the medieval castle of Brousse-le-Chateau. 
  • 16 October, 1984: Limburg, Belfeld: founding of the Association De Kruiscirkel (Chamber of Commerce North and Mid-Limburg, dossier 41063298), in cooperation with Mette van Rijsewijk, philosopher.  Goal: creation of an ecologic life/work-center with awareness activities.
  • 1984-1987: Organization of a therapy/ecology-center in De Leonardushoeve, Belfeld Monastery, Limburg.
  • 1989: Visiting-tour to the anti-drug centers of „Le Patriarche” in France, Spain and in Majorca accompanied by founder Lucien Engelmajer.
  • 1995-1998: La Plane, Bouriège, S. of France: workshops for Association Unité. Since 1996 in cooperation with Maryannick Cornou, artist- and fresco-painter.
  • 1 April, 1998: For a symbolic 1 franc-acquisition + renovation of a renaissance house, in Alet-les-Bains
  • 1997-2000: Participation in the board of the French Network for Eco-Villages (REV)/member of GEN (Global Ecovillage Network);  creation of the Guide of French eco-centers.
  • 2001: Australia – New Zealand (via Thailand): study-trip, visit of eco/permaculture-villages.
  • 2002: Teaching in Limoux: „Non-violent communication” to French groups.
  • March-July 2004, Netherlands, Breda, ARTEMIS – Weekly family constellation and intuitive development groups for integration of women (Artemis ceased to exist in July 2004 due to termination of government-aid)
  • 2016 March/April: Holland: 2 weekend-workshops for the 3rd Year-group of Academy for Coaching and Counseling of Loek Knippels en Peter-Jan In der Rieden.
  • 2017 (May 1 – August 8): 100 days astrology + rebirth-sessions in DAMANHUR, SPIRITUAL ECO-COMMUNITY, ITALY (N of Torino), nearly 100 (mostly private) sessions. Introduced by: Anaconda Papaya, hypnose-therapist.
  • 2019: 5 month-presence in Greece, Pelion-mountain, in Findhorn-minded community Alexandros.
  • 2020 January-March: visiting India: Gowa/beach, AUROVILLE, ashram Ramana Maharshi in Tiruvanamalai, Kerala/Varkala/beach. Last flight to CRETE and Lockdown there!!!
  • 2022: Driving from Crete (August) to Damanhur-community, to Budapest, to Holland (arrival December)...
  • 2023, April to December 31: presence in DAMANHUR/Vidracco and member of international 'medit-action-school' until June 2024.
